Sugarbird Cape Fynbos Rum is a celebration of unique Cape Fynbos heritage married with the rich complexity of Jamaican-style Cape Pot still Rum – smooth dark and amber.

Aged for four years in bourbon casks, enhancing the sun-ripened raisin and buttery flavours, and triple distilled in blackstrap molasses – it is full of rich, complex potstill flavour but, of course, true to Sugarbird roots, naturally, it is infused with protea nectar.

Top notes of vanilla, bourbon, coffee and cocoa, overlaid with hints of nutiness, tropical honey, and subtle protea nectar, resulting in a finish that is all creamy vanilla and brown sugar.

Expect a finish that is all creamy vanilla and brown sugar. Mature enough to serve as an elegant sipper, while still feisty enough to shine in cocktails.
