Limited-production Patrn Cask Collection Sherry Cask Aged Aejo is a remarkably distinctive tequila that has matured for more than two years in oak barrels from Spain that were previously used to produce the finest Oloroso Sherry.

The barrels do their part, but each is different, so it takes the artisanal talent and skill of the Patron master distiller to artfully blend from those casks to achieve the perfect expression of this spirit.

Colour: Clear, medium amber color.

Aroma: Fresh apricots, prunes and sun-dried juicy medjool dates, stewed pear and well-aged pear cider, overripe banana, freshly baked agave, vanilla pudding and honey-glazed walnuts.

Palate: Fig preserves, stone fruit compote, caramel, toasted walnuts, coconut, and fermented pineapple with spices and piloncillo.

Finish: Long-lasting, rich, and warm with notes of baked pear.
