Tasting Notes

Nose: Bright red berriesstrawberry and raspberry coulisunderpinned by subtle spice and earthy nuances, with a teasing hint of herbal complexity from 15% whole-bunch fermentation.

Palate: Medium-bodied, silky tannin structure supports vibrant red fruit layers. Refreshing acidity balances a subtle minerality, with light oak framing from 40% new barrels.

Finish: Clean, nuanced finish with lingering red fruit, a whisper of spice, and gentle earth tones. Opens beautifully with 30 minutes decanting.
