Satryna Aejo is an ultra-premium, small-batch tequila hailing from Jaliscos highlands, produced by a family steeped in three generations of agave tradition. Hand-harvested Blue Weber agave (aged 89 years) undergoes steam-cooking, triple distillation in copper stills, and is then aged for 1824 months in both French and American oak barrels. The result is an exceptionally smooth and refined sipping tequila.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Bright golden amber.
Nose: Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla, oak, warm toffee, with hints of dark chocolate, roasted agave, almonds, and wild honey.
Palate: Luxuriously smooth and velvetybaked agave, toffee, dark chocolate, almond tort, and subtle baking spices layered over oak undertones.
Finish: Long, warm, and gently spiced, with lingering notes of oak, vanilla, subtle pepper, and clean agave sweetness.
Serving Suggestions: Best served neat to appreciate its luxurious texture and layered complexity, or with a large ice cube to gently unfold the spice and agave nuances. Also exquisite in premium cocktailssuch as cognac-style Old Fashioneds or refined Aejo Margaritas.
