Nose:Sherry, citrus – orange in particular, dry wood. Slight suggestion of smoke.

Palate:Medium, Sherry, raisins. Fruitcake, spices, sweetness.

Finish:Candied fruits, raisins, spices, Christmas pudding, oak takes over.
