This whiskey has notes of coconut cream, vanilla, jellied fruit and summer red berries. On the palate it has a wafer like biscuit sweetness, hazelnut and light spice with nice oak tannins drying on the side of the mouth. The finish is crisp and fruity, with notes of glazed cherries drying and a lingering spice on the finish.
