Crafted by the Rosales familyalso known for their ownership of Tequila Cascahunthis tequila is made using estate-grown Blue Weber agave, cooked in traditional brick ovens and fermented with wild yeast. Its twice distilled in copper pot stills and rested for approximately 6 months in used American white oak bourbon barrels, producing a smooth, balanced reposado that captures the character of Highlands agave with the finesse of oak aging.
