It begins its journey matured in ex-Bourbon casks, some originally used in Tobermory 15 Year Old, before being finished for 12 additional years in Gonzlez Byass Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 53.1% ABV, unchill-filtered and with natural colour, the whisky combines Tobermorys fruity island spirit with rich sherry influence and oak depth.
