On the nose, sultana and baked plum, almondencrustedtoffee, dark chocolate,vanilla butter, and cardamom. On thepalate, ripe plum in dark chocolate sauceleadsthe way, asalmond-toffee, vanilla, caramel, and baking spicespercolate. The finish is layered and pleasant withplum and sultana fading slowly alongside dark chocolate and cardamom. A balanced, anddecadentdelight.
