The Forrest hops, known as “”Roadknight”” Hops, have been growing in isolation in Roadknight creek near the brewery for 70 years since commercial hop growing ceased in Forrest. Despite their lineage to Cluster hops, they have evolved into their own unique variety and are showcased in Forrest Brewing’s annual Wet Hop Lager batch, Sticky Fingers. Similarly, this Cider offers a refreshing taste reminiscent of fresh cut grass, grapefruit, and candied lemon.
