Medium ruby-purple colored, meaty, earthy nose with underline dried violets, sage and white pepper. Black raspberries and plum, subtle spice box and forest floor. The medium bodied palate is fruitier than the nose, with crisp acidity, a restrained minerality and a rich level of velvety tannins.
