Paddy was as beloved as the whiskey he sold, in no small part because of the free rounds hed give at every stop. It was only fitting that this fine whiskey became known as Paddys.

Triple-distilled from the finest barley and water from County Corks Irish countryside, Paddys matures for years in three types of oaken casks, acquiring its distinctively rich and golden color in dark, aromatic warehouses before being shipped directly from Ireland.
