Drawing upon the earthy, spicy complexity of northern Rhne Syrah, this experimental release offers a punchy and layered expression aged in ex-CteRtie barrels and classic ex-bourbon casks.

Tasting Notes

Nose:
Pronounced wine character emergesred berries (plum, blackberry), pomegranate, lychee, and floral rosewater over subtle peat and saline coastal undertones.

Palate:
Full-bodied and vibrant, with grilled bell pepper, chili, and earthy peat. Red fruit sweetness intertwines with smoky tar, menthol, olive brine, and a hint of vanilla oak.

Finish:
Medium to longtannic dryness builds, followed by lingering peat, brine, cracked black pepper, and dark chocolate notes.

Serving Suggestion: Serve neat to appreciate the complex peat-and-fruit interplay. Add a few drops of water to soften tannic edges and unleash fresh citrus and oak-toned smoke. Ideal with smoked lamb, aged Manchego cheese, dark berries, or a bold grilled-meat dish.
