This Imperial Stout was crafted in collaboration with Carwyn Cellars’ team. It boasts a smooth roast, subtle bitterness, velvety mouthfeel, and a satisfying finish, making it a complex and enjoyable brew. It was specifically created with the intention of being aged in whisky barrels and is open to customization. The current version of this beer has been aged for a duration of 20 months in ex Jim Beam American oak bourbon barrels.
