This expression is matured in a combination of American oak and European oak casks, including first-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, imparting a rich and complex character.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Rich and complex notes of toffee and butterscotch combine with ripe peach and bitter orange.
• Palate: Perfect structure. Initial notes of soft apricot and cream are offset by developing flavors of blackcurrant jam and sweet oak with a touch of honey.
• Finish: Very long and balanced, progresses from crme brulee to a gentle oak flourish.
