Alipus, like a lot of other mezcal lines, releases village-specific mezcals to showcase the unique style of each distiller. Fragrant on the nose, fruity and floral. On the palate, citrus fruit appears with orange and grapefruit notes. Some baking spice notes and black pepper are well balanced by gentle smoke.
