A velvety, layered and restrained red with dark cherries, crushed raspberries, wild strawberries, baking spices and dried herbs on the nose. Full body with finely grained tannins. The balance and harmony is impressive for the vintage, with a funnelled long finish. Drink or hold.

Wine Tasting Notes
The nose of Andre Brunel Chateauneuf du Pape Les Cailloux Rouge is characterized by its cleanliness and elegance. It showcases the red fruits that are typical of Grenache, along with the pepper and spice notes contributed by Mourvedre and Syrah. On the palate, the spices become more prominent, complemented by a subtle touch of oak. In comparison to the classic Chateauneuf-du-Pape, this wine leans towards a fruit-driven profile. It reveals its savory side through a lingering finish. While it is already approachable, it also has the potential to further develop and evolve over the next five to eight years.
