Minnesota’s oak Savanna is special. Our cold winters and short growing seasons make for white oak barrels that mature whiskey with unmatched richness. We spent years refining our brewing and distilling techniques to capture the warmth of the world’s coldest oak. After less that one year in the barrel, the result is smooth layers of butterscotch, toasted oak, and carmelized stone fruit, with a campfire-kissed baking spice finish.
