The Port Charlotte 18 Year Old is the oldest permanent age-statement expression in the heavily peated range from Bruichladdich Distillery, showcasing the maturity and complexity that comes with nearly two decades of patient aging on Islay. Crafted by Head Distiller Adam Hannett, this release highlights both the islands rugged maritime character and Bruichladdichs commitment to progressive whisky making.
A limited release of just 4,000 bottles worldwide, this whisky is bottled at natural strength with no chill-filtration and no added colouring, preserving its true depth of character.

Nose: Elegant smoke interwoven with tropical fruits, toasted oak, and hints of vanilla custard. Maritime salinity lingers, evoking sea spray and driftwood fires.

Finish: Long, warming, and smoky with lingering sweetness, subtle brine, and a balance of oak and peat that shows remarkable maturity.
