Because of its aging time, aromas of coffee beans, bitter chocolate, red berries and orange peel are present.Sweet flavours push through with a bit of astringency from the barrel, which provoke an aftertaste of cooked agave and a robust flavour of Cascahuin’s white tequila.

Cascahuin Extra Anejo is a silky drink with a good balance between the barrel and tequila, which reminds the mouth of its 16-year process, (from field to maturation in cask).
