The 2016 vintage is a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, harvested between September 30 and October 18. The grapes were hand-picked and underwent meticulous vinification, including fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and aging in French oak barrels, 30% of which were new, for 15 to 18 months
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Deep garnet hue.
Nose: Aromatic bouquet of ripe cherry, plum, French oak, mocha, new leather, and spice.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with fine tannins and good body. Sappy black fruit and a touch of spice towards the finish.
