Clase Azul Reposado is produced in Jalisco using mature Blue Weber agave from the Los Altos region. The agave is slow-cooked for 72 hours in traditional brick ovens, fermented with proprietary yeast, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. It is then aged for eight months in a combination of American whiskey, Cognac, and Sherry oak barrels, resulting in a rich, complex profile. Each bottle is housed in a hand-painted Talavera-style ceramic decanter, crafted by Mexican artisans.

Palate: Agave nectar, cinnamon, clove, toasted hazelnut, bittersweet chocolate
Finish: Long and warming with lingering spice, vanilla, and soft wood tones
