Wine Tasting Notes

The Coastal Estates by BV Cabernet has a distinct varietal profile full of dark, rich red fruit characteristics, enriched by toasted oak and spice from aging on French oak. It has a light, inviting, very forward nose of blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, licorice, and chocolate. Flavors of blackberry and raspberry dominate with the addition of moderate tannins and finish medium-broad and medium-long.
