In order to bring us this mezcal, Codigo partnered with a small village of artisanal families who have been quietly making the finest mezcals in the world. The mezcal is rested in sauvignon blanc wine barrels from Napa Valley, resulting in lightly floral notes with light woody vanilla, mandarin orange citrus, dark cherry, earth, stone, clay and gentle smoke.
