Our single barrels start with Colby and our distilling team selecting a small group of special barrels from our aging warehouses that he feels have exceptional characteristics that hed like to share with the world. From that small batch of barrels, some of our favorite shops have hand-selected barrels to call their own. We also offer our very own single barrel exclusively sold at our Tasting Room at the Ranch.
