Crafted from hand-selected pias which are harvested at peak maturity from our family farms and then roasted in traditional stone ovens. Aged for months in Eastern European oak barrels and finished in California Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. Then, as a final step, the tequila is slow-filtered to create a rich, complex and ultra-smooth crystal-clear Cristalino tequila that you will love drinking. Juan Domingo Beckmann is an 11th-generation tequila maker with a family that not only created the tequila category, but also the Aejo and Cristalino tequila styles. Juan continues to be a front runner in tequila innovation. Our two founders craft, care and passion are part of every bottle from the beautiful design to the delicious liquid. Gran Coramino Cristalino is so good that it can be enjoyed by itself. The liquids sweet and spicy flavors make for a complex pour. Take in the aromas of oak and cooked agave and savor the taste of vanilla bean, toffee, dark berries, and light spice. Add rocks for greater refreshment, or other ingredients if you have a particular taste in mind. WHAT IS A CRISTALINO? A Cristalino is a barrel-aged tequila (Reposado, Aejo or Extra Aejo) which has been carefully filtered for smoothness. As a result, the tequila loses its color but remains incredibly complex. It is inspired by the desire to create a more accessible expression of an aged tequila. Cristalinos offer the character and taste layers of aged tequilas, with the crystal-clear look and mixability of a Blanco.
