Originally laid down in 1968 in ten refill casks, it was transferred in 2008 into first-fill European oak sherry butts and left to mature for an additional 14 years. Bottled in 2023 to mark the distillerys 225th anniversary, this whisky represents over half a century of careful aging, delivering incredible depth, complexity, and balance. Only 225 bottles were released worldwide, making it a true collectors piece.
Nose: Exotic lychee, jasmine, and rose, balanced with oak and delicate heathery peat smoke
