Created as part of Johnnie Walker’s “Cobalt Series”, Ice Chalet is a limited-edition Blue Label crafted specifically for aprs-ski enjoyment. Master Blender Emma Walker selected rare single malts from Scotlands northernmost and coldest distillerieslike Brora, Dalwhinnie, and Clynelishdistilled during winter months. The blend is encased in a luxury reversible bottle bag by Perfect Moment and comes with an Ice Chalet glass, designed to evoke Alpine slopes and evoke the “Blue Hour”.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Creamy vanilla, spiced apple, clove, plums, and gentle smoke
Palate: Orchard fruits (apple, berries), warm cinnamon and clove spices, softened by caramel and vanilla with a soft wood tone
Finish: Medium to long with lingering gentle smoke, spice, and orchard fruit sweetness
