Kilchoman 14 Year Ex-Bourbon Barrel Scotch Whisky 20th Anniversary Cask Series
Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 51.2% ABV (102.4 Proof) | 750mL
Crafted to celebrate Kilchoman Distillerys 20th anniversary, this 14-year-old release is the first in a four-part commemorative cask series. Founder Anthony Wills hand-selected five ex-bourbon barrels from 2010 (Casks 403, 422, 498, 750 & 800) to showcase the distillerys signature Islay character with a lighter, citrus-forward approach. Bottled non-chill filtered and at natural color, this expression offers an elegant interplay between coastal peat, vanilla sweetness, and mature malt complexity.
Nose: Vanilla fudge, lemon peel, warm caramel, sea spray, and gentle peat
Palate: Toffee, lemon curd, malted biscuit, white pepper, and salted smoke
Finish: Bright, honeyed, and citrus-laced with soft lingering peat and oak
Limited-edition 14-year-old single malt marking Kilchomans 20th anniversary
Marriage of five first-fill bourbon barrels distilled in 2010
Bottled at 51.2% ABV with no chill filtration or added coloring
Selected by founder Anthony Wills for balance and complexity

Sip neat or with a splash of water to reveal layers of citrus and smoke. Excellent for pairing with smoked seafood, aged cheeses, or lemon shortbread. Best enjoyed thoughtfully to appreciate its celebratory character.
