This is one of our very first recipes, and a bit of a hybrid. It’s more of a traditional British Porter insofar as it isn’t black, it’s very dark red, and more caramelly than roasty. Taking some more modern cues on hop aroma and ABV, this sessionable malt fest is a warm and cuddly snugglepuss, but do be careful, it can get dangerous.
