Merlet VSOP Cognac 750ML

For their cognac Merlet VSOP, Gilles and his sons selected and assembled spirits of minimum four years, from different regions of the appellation cognac, to ensure the consistency of its quality. The blend is mainly composed of Fins Bois cognacs, known for their fruity aromas and their ability to mature quickly when aged in barrels. The complexity is brought by cognacs from Petite Champagne. According to the blends, other wines distilled by the Merlet Distillery can be included in the composition. Merlet VSOP cognac is characterized by intense and subtle fruit notes, such as peach and a round, supple mouth.
