Released in 2020 as part of the Milk & HoneyElementsseries, a range of single malt whiskies exploring the variety of flavours that different types of casks can impart. This particular expression was drawn from a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximnez sherry casks.Matured under the Tel Aviv sun.

Nose:Dominant rich red fruit notes, covered by gentle oak, caramel scent and lemon freshness.

Palate:Medium bodied. Light fruit sherry sweetness, rich fruits and dark chocolate, followed by gentle oaky notes.

Finish:Long. The dark chocolate notes linger in the palate for a while, followed by tobacco and oaky notes.
