Launched alongside Nikkas gin in 2017, Coffey Vodka is a pure expression of Nikkas signature Coffey stills, the same continuous stills used for their grain whisky production. This vodka is crafted by distilling corn and barley separately, then blending and refining the spirit through white birch charcoal, resulting in a delicately balanced, smooth, and textured vodka.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Crystal clear, bright and pristinetypical of a well-crafted vodka.

Nose: Subtle aromas of citrus peel, vanilla pods, and light grassy or floral notes. Hints of almond and soft orchard fruit may emerge with time.

Palate: Velvety and rich yet restrained. The mouthfeel is creamy and textured, with notes of sweet corn and barley sweetness accented by gentle citrus zest and vanilla.

Finish: Clean and lingering. A soft sweetness lingersa touch of lemon or citrus peelwith a smooth fade and no harsh edge
