Tasting Notes

• Nose
  A complex tapestry: honeyed malt, toasted grain, and savory earthiness meet restrained smoke, orchard fruit, citrus peel, and delicate floral notes.
• Palate
  Balanced yet bold: toasted barley and orchard fruit lead, followed by PX-sweetness, dried figs, gentle peat, salinity, and oak spices. Smoke is present but integrated not overwhelming.
