Our triple malt whisky is the marriage of rye, single malt, and heather and peat smoked single malt, to create a complex yet smooth taste, adding hints of smoke and spice to Staunings signature Rye Whisky.

Matured in a selection of virgin American white oak barrels, and first-fill fortified wine and spirits oak casks, delivering notes of citrus fruits, subtle smoke, and sweet spice. Crafted with local rye and barley grains that are 100% floor malted and kiln-dried in the distillery. Using traditional techniques matched with intention and simplicity, Staunings exceptional whisky-making process is a celebration of nature, artistry, and exceptional quality.
