A lightly peated single malt from Glendronach here! Paying tribute to the traditional methods of kilning malt with peat smoke, the whisky matured in a combo of oloroso and Pedro Ximnez sherry casks bringing rich layers of stewed fruit sweetness and spice to the gentle smoke at its core.

Nose:Sweet notes of spiced fudge, candied nuts, cinnamon biscuits, and hints of marmalade, with gentle smoke in tow.

Palate:Layers of sherried fruit, cooked apples, raisins, and honeyed nuts, with waves of delicate peat and earthy oak.

Finish:Dark berries, smoked liquorice, cocoa, a touch of ginger.
