The 6-Year Indiana Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an unfiltered cask-strength whiskey blended in small 30-40 barrel batches. It is 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley. The mash bill is distilled and aged for a full 6 years in new American Oak. This is an unusually dark and robust bourbon with notes of Tobacco, Honey, and Heavily Charred Oak. Its then bottled at full natural strength, directly from the cask so you can enjoy it at its full, unadulterated potential.
