Released in 2019 to mark the relaunch of the distillerys core range, this single malt is matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and bottled at a robust 46.3% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour. It offers a vibrant, fruity, and maritime style that perfectly captures the character of this small Hebridean island.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Natural amber gold.

Nose: Bright and inviting. Aromas of lemon zest, ripe apple, pear drops, vanilla cream, soft floral notes, and a touch of salty sea breeze.

Palate: Medium-bodied and lively. Flavours of fresh citrus, honeyed malt, juicy stone fruits, creamy vanilla, and subtle oak spice. A crisp mineral edge and a gentle coastal salinity add complexity and depth.
