This is the second volume in our limited-edition series celebrating the Sauza family legacy. Inspired by La Colonial Club, founded in the 1930s by the second Don of Sauza, Don Eladio. Using traditional processes of the era, including tahona stones to crush the agave, this cask-strength Reposado offers notes of vanilla and smoke, in celebration of the late nights at La Colonial Club.
Aromas of sweet agave, vanilla, light smoky wood, and a fruity note.On the palate, it tastes of agave balanced with sweet vanilla, soft wood tannins, medium body, and persistence. At the end there is lingering white pepper, finishing clean and cool.
