Volans 7 Year Extra Aejo is a meticulously crafted limited release from ElPandillo distillery (NOM1579) in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Made exclusively from estate-grown, fully mature Blue Weber agaves, its aged for six years in American white oak bourbon barrels and then finished for a seventh year in French oak. After aging, it rests for six months in stainless steel to harmonize flavors before bottling at 42.3% ABV.

Master Distiller Felipe J. Camarena and founders Chad & Cristina Allen oversee this ultra-premium production, maintaining traditions like stoneoven cooking and tahona extraction.
