Mostly rye grain and a touch of barley, this is a spicy summer rye and while standard ryes are peppery, brash or slightly abrasive, this nontraditional rye is subtle. Non-chillfiltered for the finest flavour and aroma, and proofed with Widow Janes hard-yet-sweet mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of New York. The pure, limestone mineral content of the water coats the palate for a long, rich finish.
